PS0 Applying the Project Management Framework
PS0 describes the structure, application and governance of the Project Management Framework (PMF). The mandatory controls and control points and the assurance of capital projects are defined. The ways of working are described, covering working with intent and making quality decisions, to achieve the desired outcomes and enable safe delivery of credible, competitive and affordable projects.
