At the end of Assess, the project is ready to take Decision Gate 2. The PCAP Close-out Statement documents the “open switches” relating to critical functional requirements. |
Activity |
Complete the PCAP Close-out Statement and the end of each ORP Phase. Consultation with the respective accountable Technical Authority (ATA) may be required prior to a Decision Gate review. The DE signs the PCAP Close-out Statement. The PCAP close-out provides transparency of the quality of PCAP implementation, follow-up and closure. |
Purpose |
To confirm that the PCAP has been adequately delivered and any high-risk rating provided is resolved with the respective ATA or the risk is accepted with a record of reasoning. |
