Each Project Standard has a Principal Technical Expert (PTE) who contributes to the authoring of any new, or changes to, Project Standards, Expected Practices and Library documents, supported by Subject Matter Experts (SME). The PTEs are accountable for approving new or changes to Library documents and ensuring their integration within and across the Project Standards.
Standard review cycles for Project Standards are set at two year intervals. Expected Practices are reviewed every year. The Library content is subject to a standard review as required. All changes are published on IPMS, which is used to operationalise the PMF. Change requests should be made to the system administrator via IPMS mailbox (ipms@shell.com).
