The Approved for Construction Report is the output of the Design Readiness review process which demonstrates that the design and procurement sequences are completed in accordance with the Optimal Path of Construction. This is to ensure the free of constraint delivery of engineered and procured deliverables to the construction site(s). As a minimum the Approved for Construction Report should address the Project Standard Control: |
Purpose/Intent (“Why”) | The purpose of the Approved for Construction Report (AFC) is to ensure sequencing, integrity and quality of engineering and procurement deliverables in order to safeguard construction efficiency, integrity, quality and safe execution of the contracted scope. |
