Definition/Context (“What”)

Early Works Readiness Review Report captures the outcome of a structured contractor and owner review in order to establish readiness for early works. It takes into account engineering, procurement and resourcing status, the appropriate HSSE & SP approvals, guidelines and training. The objective is to ensure robust execution performance at the start of early works. All appropriate deliverables are completed and contractor’s organisation and resources are fit for duty and ready for execute and that HSSE & SP standards remain strong throughout the project execution.

As a minimum the ERR shall cover the following Project Standard Controls:

Purpose/Intent  (“Why”) The Early Works Readiness Report confirms the readiness of the contractor(s) and owner to commence early works ahead of any major construction activities.
