Conduct a structured contractor and owner review to establish readiness for early works, taking into account engineering, procurement and resourcing status, the appropriate HSSE & SP approvals, guidelines and training. |
Purpose |
To ensure robust execution performance at the start of early works. All appropriate deliverables are completed and contractor’s organisation and resources are fit for duty and ready for Execute. To make sure safety performance starts strong, continue strong and finishes strong through final scope completion. |
