Downloading of documents/files:

1. I cannot open embedded files in a downloaded template (pdf)

A workaround is to save the downloaded template locally and then open up using Adobe acrobat.

It is also possible that the problem is related to the web browser being used. Try to use Internet Explorer instead of Google chrome.
