Definition/Context (“What”) |
The FDP describes the full development of the field down to the Technical Limit Recovery Factor and including abandonment (full lifecycle view). Emphasis is placed on the imminent development phase. Best practice is to summarise cumulative production, developed reserves, and all firm and notional projects as tranches of Contingent Resources (CR) with increasing cumulative recovery factor and Unit Technical Cost (UTC), against the total of the Hydrocarbons Initially In Place (STOIIP, GIIP) for each reservoir and field. The FDP is available at the end of Select. As a minimum the FDP shall cover the following Project Standard Controls: |
