Control: 4.E.16 Area to System Completion Planned

Context

Poor alignment of construction and Commissioning and Start-up (CSU) priorities can lead to inefficient execution and/or HSSE & SP incidents during CSU.

Activity

Develop detailed integrated construction and CSU plan to address:

• construction work pack completion from area to system focus to align with commissioning requirements and priorities
• simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) assessment of both construction and commissioning activities on the same scope of work

Purpose

To ensure detailed alignment of construction and CSU activities and, thereby,  a safe and efficient delivery - optimised critical path - of the project.

To minimise any unnecessary simultaneous operations that could impact execution efficiency and/or HSSE & SP incident risk.
