Context	Incidents in the Execute phase can occur due to insufficient planning and verification that the contract requirements and contractor HSSE & SP plans have been communicated, understood and implemented.
Activity	Review and confirm the readiness of the project organisation to start safe execution of the project.
Purpose	To ensure that all stakeholders understand key execution HSSE & SP risks and are able to prioritise and focus on the controls necessary to achieve goal zero. Safety starts strong, continues strong and finishes strong through final scope completion.
