Context |
Experience from recent projects shows that, if incorrect decisions are made on constructability strategy, tactics and recognition of latent construction risk, they do not achieve world class HSSE & SP performance. These are caused by a lack of construction expertise during constructability reviews and planning. |
Activity |
With input by the relevant disciplines during constructability reviews ensure all execution HSSE & SP risks are understood and integrated in the project delivery. Engineer the risk out in the final design. |
Purpose |
Ensure identification of significant execution (construction, installation and commissioning) HSSE & SP risks during the design stage and development of engineering solutions, using a hierarchy of controls, to mitigate them to ALARP. |
